Women of the West Supporter Group

Women of the West or WOW was first launched in 1999, and is a women’s group that meets on a regular basis throughout the year.

The group was established to promote networking opportunities for business women in the western region but has now evolved into a social group as well.

As a member, you will be invited to attend a variety of different events including morning teas, luncheons, networking events and pamper nights.

The group consists of Western Bulldogs supporters and non-Western Bulldogs supporters, young women, women who work or reside in the western suburbs and women who have an affiliation with our Club.

Everyone is welcome!

AFL Women's Round Function - Saturday 29th June 2013

Throughout June the AFL will be celebrating Women in Football with the 2013 Women’s Round. In accordance with this, we will be hosting a ‘Women of the West’ function at our home game against Melbourne.

Held in the Harrison Room at the MCG, guests will enjoy a selection of gourmet canapés, grazing dishes and sparkling wine. The WOW Women’s Round Function is a great opportunity for WOW members and guests to network with like-minded females while enjoying some lovely food and drinks.

Entitlements of Women of the West Membership

The joining fee is an annual payment of $50 and for this our members receive invites to all WOW events at a discounted rate, a lapel pin, exposure to other club events and regular updates.

WOW also gives you the opportunity to meet a number of new people, hear from a range of guest speakers and be in an environment to facilitate all opportunities you would like to gain from business networking.
