The training is conducted in your workplace at a time convenient for you and your employees, delivered on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. We are flexible and can often reduce the duration of a program accelerating the learning curve in a smaller, individualised environment. The range of programs and services delivered are unique for an Australian sporting club and the delivery of community programs is regarded as a core business activity of the Western Bulldogs.

What we need from you (the obligations)


  • Provide  a safe training environment
  • Provide supervision and support during training with a workplace mentor
  • Commit resources to complete the training
  • Release the trainee from the workplace to attend on-the-job training
