SKINS Train with the Team Day                     

Train with the Team Day School holiday fun that you’re never going to forget! Come down to Whitten Oval for an action packed day with the Western Bulldogs, proudly supported by SKINS and Mission Foods.

Join all your favourite Western Bulldogs Players in a friendly, fun atmosphere and bring your best footy skills!  The fun won’t stop there with face painting, games and your very own SKINS Train with the Team Day pack.

SKINS Train with the Team Day offers children aged between 6 and 12 the opportunity to come and make new friends and enjoy a day with the Western Bulldogs.

The day includes:

  •  SKINS Train with the Team Day pack
  • Training drills and games with the Western Bulldogs Playing Group
  • Fun activities on the Bulldogs Home Ground, Whitten Ova
  • Lunch for all participants
Dates: Wednesday 31 March 2010 and/or
Tuesday 6 July 2010

Bulldogs AcademyBulldogs Academy 2010

Live the life of an elite athlete and learn what it takes to be an AFL star!

Join us at the Mission Elite Learning Centre at Whitten Oval, home of the Western Bulldogs. Here you will have direct exposure to the Western Bulldogs Football Department and find out how to take your game to the next level. 

When: 30 June – 1 July 2010
Age: 13 – 17 years old

The two day training camp will include:

•    Your own Bulldogs Academy training kit
•    A tour of the Mission Elite Learning Centre and use of the facilities
•    An in depth look into the recruitment process
•    Leadership and motivational session from coaching staff
•    Weights and cardio training techniques
•    Fitness testing
•    Skills and conditioning session
•    Pool session
•    Game sense drills
•    Match practice
•    Dietician lecture
•    Recovery techniques


The program will provide a unique insight to the day to day operations of an AFL club. Get in early to secure your place in the Academy as numbers will be strictly limited.
