The Bulldogs have made three changes to the side that will face the GWS Giants on Sunday, welcoming Will Minson, Fletcher Roberts and Tom Young back into the fold for the match.

The tall trio have been named to replace Jordan Roughead (shoulder), Ayce Cordy (omitted) and Lin Jong (omitted) from last week’s selected side.

Minson’s experience will be a boost to the Bulldogs through the midfield, working in tandem with Tom Campbell who began in the ruck against the Sydney Swans last weekend.

The Giants have increased their competency around the clearances this season and the veteran ruckman will be an asset to help the Bulldogs gain first touch.

Roberts continued to turn heads in the VFL last weekend with a clutch goal after the siren, which followed his rich vein of form in recent months.

The 21-year-old has been named among the best in four of the past six VFL matches and has been formidable in one-on-one contests against a range of opponents.

Tom Young has also excelled for Footscray in the run home towards finals, acting as one of the Bulldogs main ball winners in defence and providing plenty of attack and rebound.

The Bulldogs will take on the GWS Giants on Sunday 31 August 2014 from 4:40pm at Etihad Stadium for their second meeting of this season.
