The Western Bulldogs have added some creative flair and versatility to the playing list after a successful outing at the 2014 NAB AFL Draft.

Creative forward Toby McLean was the first Bulldog called out, and shot up the draft order with a sublime TAC Cup season - where he averaged over 30 possessions per game during a late season midfield move.

His style likened to Collingwood's Jamie Elliot, McLean will add some further potency to a talent-laden forward group, particularly after the Tom Boyd acquisition and in tandem with fellow livewire Luke Dahlhaus.

Lukas Webb ticks the elite kicking utility category, and will most likely start his AFL career creating off half-back and Declan Hamilton has built an impressive reputation for his football brain, and ability to read the play earlier than most.

Recruiting Manager Simon Dalrymple assessed the evening as a huge positive for the Club, and said the Draft had gone according to plan.
