Collingwood captain Scott Pendlebury has nominated Bulldogs skipper Bob Murphy as one of his top 10 players to watch for season 2016 in a column for sportingnews.com

The Bulldogs got a taste of the big stage in 2015 and Murphy’s form will play a big part in whether the Dogs can go on to bigger things next season, according to the top Pie.

On that, we’ll have to wait and see.  But one thing is for sure, Pendlebury says, it is always a pleasure to watch the 33 year old play.

Of course, we already knew that.

Pendlebury also nominated Melbourne’s Jesse Hogan as the next player to kick 100 goals in a season and new Docker Harley Bennell as a player who has the potential to be the game’s best.

Let the debate begin.
