The Western Bulldogs appear set to welcome both Matt Suckling and Marcus Adams into the senior line-up for Sunday’s match against Collingwood at the MCG.

Football Manager Graham Lowe told westernbulldogs.com.au that both had recovered well from their respective ankle and finger ailments.

“[We’re] really pleased with Marcus’ and Matt’s progress through their rehab," he said.

“They’ve got some boxes to tick this weekend but they’re certainly looking to be available for selection.”

Nathan Hrovat made his return via the VFL on the weekend, Lowe saying the 21-year-old got through unscathed.

“It was great to welcome Nathan back after some time out of the game.

“He’s certainly presented well to the game and he got through what we wanted him to do, so he’s progressed really well coming back into play.”

Meanwhile Tom Boyd is one step closer to a return to action.

“Tom’s had some really good progress around his rehab, so we’re looking to welcome him back to the selection space after the VFL bye round this weekend.”
