On Thursday, the 2016 AFL Grand Final Registration Ballot will open for members of the four teams contesting this weekend’s Preliminary Finals.
 
Dependent on membership category, Western Bulldogs members will have set time frames to complete the registration ballot for 2016 AFL Grand Final tickets.

Registration for the Grand Final Ticket Ballot is via ticketek.com.au or by calling 1300 796 939. It can not be done in person at a Tickek outlet.

The time windows are as follows for the three categories of membership.
 
Priority 1  - Coteries & Charles Sutton Premiership Circle Members
8:00am to 11:00am, Thursday 22 September 2016

Priority 2 – EJ Whitten Social Club Members
12:00pm to 3:00pm, Thursday 22 September 2016.
 
Priority 3 – Access Members (3-Game Members, Home Members, Home & Away Members, Reserved Seat Holders, Interstate Members, Country Members)
4:00pm to 9:00pm, Thursday 22 September 2016


Here’s seven steps to follow to make the Grand Final Ticket Ballot registration period as easy as possible.

1.The only way to register for the 2016 AFL Grand Final Ticket Ballot is via ticketek.com.au or by calling Ticketek on 1300 796 939.

2. Have your 12-digit membership barcode ready. The transaction limit for this match is one ticket per barcode.
 
3. If you are wanting to sit with other members please ensure you enter their barcodes in the same registration as your own.
 
4. Members wanting to sit with other members in a lower priority window can do so. However, they waived the right to access their own priority window.
 
5. If you miss your priority window you can still register in the next one however you will waive your access guaranteed in the previous window.
 
6. Make sure you have a Ticketek account set up. Don’t have one? Set one up today here. Why? This will save valuable time entering your details during the ballot registration period.

7. Ensure you have a valid credit card with sufficient funds available on the card. You will be asked to enter your credit card details in the registration period. In the case you are successful, the cost of your ticket will be directly debited from your credit card. You will need to allow for up to $400 per ticket (the maximum cost of a Category 1 Ticket) applied for in the ballot.  If there is insufficient funds on your card, you will forfeit your ticket in the case you are allocated one in the ballot.
