Western Bulldogs AFLW player Laura Bailey has accepted a one-week suspension from the Match Review Panel and will miss Saturday’s clash with Melbourne.

Bailey was cited for engaging in rough conduct against Courtney Cramey of the Adelaide Crows during the third quarter of last Friday night’s match at VU Whitten Oval.

Based on the available video evidence and a medical report from the Crows, the incident was assessed as intentional conduct with low impact to the head and classified as a two-week sanction.

Bailey was offered a one-match sanction with an early plea.

Hannah Scott was reported on the night for making front-on contact with the Crows’ Rachael Killen but the incident has been dismissed.
