Veteran Matthew Boyd was named among the best players in Footscray's 24-point win against Werribee at Whitten Oval on Saturday afternoon.
Boyd, 34, played his second-straight game in the VFL after being left out of the senior side.
Key defenders Kieran Collins and Fletcher Roberts were also named in the best players.
The Dogs led at every change to seal the 13.17 (95) to 10.11 (71) win.
