Western Bulldogs forward Katie Brennan kicked 20 goals over the final three games of the season to finish atop of the 2017 VFLW goal kicking ladder.

Brennan’s 32 goals saw her tie with Chloe Molloy of Diamond Creek, despite playing just 10 of the 14 home and away games.

The Bulldogs’ skipper kicked five in the final game of the season to join Molloy on in first place as her Darebin Falcons ran out 64-point winners over the Western Spurs.

Brennan kicked seven and eight in second and third last games of the season against Seaford and St.Kilda respectively.

The Falcons finished first on the VFLW ladder with 12 wins and two losses and a percentage of 273%.

Darebin face Diamond Creek in the opening round of the Swisse VFL Women’s Finals on Sunday, 10 September at Piranha Park.
