The Western Bulldogs have made two changes to their side ahead of Saturday’s clash with Brisbane at Etihad Stadium.

Marcus Bontempelli will return from injury and Lukas Webb has earned a senior recall, while Tim English and Lin Jong have been omitted.

22-year-old Bontempelli was a late withdrawal from the Dogs clash with Gold Coast in Ballarat on the weekend with a hip complaint, but got through training on Thursday and has been named to face the Lions.

Webb, who has played two games this season, gathered 28 disposals, six marks, three tackles in Footscray’s win over Richmond last weekend.

Jackson Trengove, Shane Biggs, Roarke Smith and Jong have been named as emergencies.

The Western Bulldogs have had the better of Brisbane recently, winning the last three matches, and four of the last five.

First bounce is at 7:25pm at Etihad Stadium.
