The Western Bulldogs are proud to announce the launch of their interactive Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) system today on
westernbulldogs.com.au/FAQs
With over six months in planning and two months of beta-testing the system, called aQtual, provides interactive intelligent answers for the Club’s 300,000 supporters.
The system is a first for any AFL club and Chief Operating Officer Robert Stubbs says “it is a significant leap forward in our ability to provide our members and supporters with instant answers to their questions 24 / 7 and links directly to further information as they need it”.
“This state of the art system provides the Club with the ability to update and add new answers to the site in real time, ensuring information is always relevant and accurate. Which also means if your question can’t be answered immediately it will be investigated and added to the directory for future users,” said Stubbs.
As users will soon discover the directory is so efficient, with plain English answers and easy to use functions, it won’t be long until not only major sporting Clubs, but also other industry leaders follow the Western Bulldogs lead and embrace this new technology.
