It has now been just over six months since the Western Bulldogs became the first AFL Club to launch the Interactive Frequently Asked Questions site and now we celebrate the milestone of 25,000 questions asked.

This revolutionary addition to the Club’s website has given our increasing number of Members and supporters the ability to access up to date information without lifting the phone.

So far the club is receiving an extremely positive response to the system which has also given staff the ability to prepare and anticipate occurrences throughout the year. For example 6,500 questions were asked/viewed during the three weeks of the 2009 Finals Series when the Western Bulldogs participated, majority of which surrounded ticket sales and membership entitlements.

This type of data provides the Club with a framework which will ensure we can upload the answers in advance that our Members and Supporters need.
