AFL Record is available now for $7.
LUKE BALL, MID, $476,500
Impressive average in 2011 and looks set for another big year.
DAYNE BEAMS, FWD/MID, $502,800
Averaged over 100 in 2011 in his best DT season to date. Expensive but looks at his peak.
JARRYD BLAIR, FWD, $351,900
Solid average last season but can be hit or miss. I'd look elsewhere.
NATHAN BROWN, DEF, $120,200
Very cheap but never been a huge DT scorer. No.
SIMON BUCKLEY, DEF, $338,300
Averaged in the 60s last year but still a risk with cementing a spot in side.
JONATHON CEGLAR, RUC, $104,200
Will struggle to get a game in this fantastic side.
MARTIN CLARKE, DEF, $141,500
Very cheap option but still needs to break into a fairly settled side.
TRAVIS CLOKE, FWD, $473,500
One of the league's best forwards and worth the big price tag.
CHRIS DAWES, FWD, $357,800
Averaged in the 70s last season and expect a similar output this year.
ALAN DIDAK, FWD/MID, $363,700
The 2011 version of Alan Didak was certainly not a reflection of the true ability of one of the Pies' most popular players. Didak seemed hampered by injury early on and never really found his groove, averaging 73 DT points last season. A player of his ability can average over 100 and with that in mind, his price tag in 2012 is more than fair. Can be picked as a midfielder or a forward.
JAMIE ELLIOTT, FWD, $98,700
Will likely ply his trade in the VFL this season.
ALEX FASOLO, FWD, $300,400
Not a huge scorer to date but has definite room for improvement.
COREY GAULT, RUC, $98,700
Will be given time develop in the VFL. Pass.
TYSON GOLDSACK, DEF, $264,200
Still struggling to cement his spot in the side. No.
BEN JOHNSON, MID, $401,400
Averaged well last season and expect a similar output in 2012.
DARREN JOLLY, RUC, $369,800
Averaged 74 last season and that may improve if he's injury free this year.
LACHLAN KEEFFE, FWD, $207,700
Not a huge average when given an opportunity last year. Pass.
ANDREW KRAKOUER, FWD, $371,000
Very cheap option last season but comes at a price this year. Pass.
BRENT MACAFFER, FWD, $263,400
Not a huge scorer and can't see a spike in improvement this season.
NICK MAXWELL, DEF, $269,000
Never been a great DT scorer. Look elsewhere.
HERITIER O'BRIEN, DEF, $308,100
Hit or miss throughout the 2011 season. I'd look at other options in price range.
JACKSON PAINE, FWD/DEF, $98,700
Will be given time to develop.
SCOTT PENDLEBURY, MID, $576,900
Super year from one of the league's best players. Worth every penny.
BEN REID, DEF, $329,400
Solid defender who averages in the 60s. Expect a similar scoring pattern this year.
LUKE ROUNDS, MID, $184,000
Still likely to be in and out of the side in 2012. Pass.
PAUL SEEDSMAN, MID, $104,200
May get some game time but not enough to be under DT consideration.
HEATH SHAW, DEF, $454,000
Great average last season and nothing suggests that will change in 2012.
STEELE SIDEBOTTOM, FWD/MID, $428,800
Another Magpie with an impressive average in 2011. Viable forward option.
BEN SINCLAIR, MID, $242,400
May get more game time this season but average not great.
DANE SWAN, MID, $598,300
Most expensive DT player in 2012 and for good reason. Captain material.
CHRIS TARRANT, DEF, $184,300
Poor DT scorer. Pass.
DALE THOMAS, MID, $509,200
Huge season in 2011 and another who should maintain his lofty standards.
JOSH THOMAS, MID, $104,200
May not get enough senior game time to be considered.
ALAN TOOVEY, DEF, $261,600
Not a big DT scorer. I would look elsewhere.
KIRK UGLE, FWD, $104,200
Will most likely spend most of his 2012 in the VFL.
SHARROD WELLINGHAM, MID, $391,300
Can be hit or miss as a DT scorer. Pass.
JARROD WITTS, RUC, $98,700
Will be given time to develop in the VFL.
CAMERON WOOD, RUC, $370,200
Solid average last season and should get more opportunities in 2012.
PETER YAGMOOR, DEF, $98,700
May play most of his 2012 footy in the VFL.
TOM YOUNG, DEF, $188,700
May spend another year developing in the VFL. Pass.
