Western Bulldogs Memberships

I am a Western Bulldogs member with AFL game accessWhat will happen to my membership?

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the changes to the 2020 AFL season, including the absence of crowds at games for the foreseeable future, the Club decided to proactively contact access members by email or text message on May 20 or by post to be received in the following days.

The Western Bulldogs wrote to their access members on Wednesday 20 May, outlining a number of options relating to their 2020 memberships.

Members were asked whether they would like to pledge their 2020 membership or request a call from the Club to discuss either partial or full refund options.

I’m a 2020 access member and haven’t received any communication yet?

The Western Bulldogs wrote to their access members on Wednesday 20 May by email or text message or by post to be received in the following days.

We anticipate members who did not have a valid email address or mobile number with the Club and were issued a letter by post may experience a delay in receiving this due to the coronavirus pandemic and current Australia Post delivery delays.

If you would like to contact our Membership Services Team to update or check your member contact details (including email, mobile and postal address) simply email membership@westernbulldogs.com.au  or contact our call centre between Tuesday-Thursday from 10am-4pm on (03) 8899-7414. I am a Committed Bulldog payment plan member and pay my membership off monthly, what happens now?

No further action is required for those members who wish to pledge their 2020 membership as the Club will rely on this as your consent to ongoing monthly payments for the remainder of your 2020 plan being made.

Considering the impact of COVID-19 on the current season and your membership arrangements, including your ability to access games noting there will not be spectator access to matches in the next phase of the season, we understand you might wish to pause the remaining payments for your 2020 membership.

What will my access to games be should crowds be allowed to attend matches in 2020?

If crowds are allowed to attend matches in the 2020 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, we will communicate to all members their rights to access these games when that information becomes available.

All compensation options presented to members, except for the full refund option, will have the option to attend these matches at varying levels of access.

If I request a full refund on my 2020 membership, will an administration fee be withheld?
