Western Bulldogs co-captain Ellie Blackburn and midfielder Monique Conti have been named in the 2019 Virgin Australia AFLW All-Australian Squad.

Making her third consecutive appearance in the All-Australian Squad, Blackburn enjoyed another outstanding year in the red, white and blue where she averaged 17.3 disposals and 3.9 tackles per game.

Named in the squad for the second straight year, Conti proved to be an integral member of the Dogs’ midfield throughout her second season - averaging 18 disposals and 4.4 tackles per game.

A final team of 21 players including a captain and vice-captain will be announced at the W Awards on Tuesday, April 2.
