The Western Bulldogs will be chasing three wins from their first three matches in a season for the first time since 2009, when they clash with the Gold Coast Suns at Marvel Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

An extended squad of 26 players has been named, with a team of 22 to be named at 5pm on Friday night.

One change has been made to the squad of 26 from last week’s clash with Hawthorn.

Yet-to-debut ruckman Jordon Sweet has been added, in place of Jackson Trengove (gastro/ankle).

The 21-year-old joined the Club after being taken with pick 23 in last year’s rookie draft from SANFL club North Adelaide.

Bailey Williams, who was a late withdrawal from the match against Hawthorn, has been named on the extended interchange alongside the man who replaced him, Lewis Young.
