The Footscray Bulldogs will welcome back Ben Cavarra, Laitham Vandermeer and Buku Khamis this Sunday as they face Williamstown at Point Gellibrand Oval.

Williamstown will be looking for redemption after a 24-point loss to Sandringham at Trevor Barker Oval last Sunday, while the Dogs look to continue their winning momentum after an impressive 73-point win over Collingwood’s VFL side in Round 2, before a bye in Round 3.

Fifteen AFL-listed players have been named in the side, including Lukas Webb and Pat Lipinski who were among the best players in the side’s Round 2 performance.

Both teams will battle for the Terry Wheeler Cup for the first time, with Wheeler having played and coached both sides during the 70’s , 80’s and 90’s.

Sunday’s match will be broadcast on Channel 7 from 11:30am.
