The Western Bulldogs have secured two more of their 2015 debutants, with Bailey Dale and Lukas Webb signing contract extensions this week.

The contract extension will have both Dale and Webb remain at the Club until at least the end of 2017, beyond their existing two-year draftee contracts.

The pair, recruited to the Club in the 2014 AFL Draft, played 10 games each this season, and showed promising signs in their first year of senior football.

Webb debuted in round three against Hawthorn, and Dale played his first game in round seven against Fremantle — both looking comfortable at the level very early in their careers.

The announcement follows the contract extensions of fellow debutants Caleb Daniel, Toby McLean and Josh Prudden earlier this month.

Bulldogs List Manager Jason McCartney said the Club was pleased to re-sign two more members of its talented young list.

“We are encouraged by the progress both Lukas and Bailey have made so early on in their careers,” McCartney said.

“Both young men have shown a real appetite to learn and have adapted well to the rigours of an AFL environment.”

“We look forward to seeing them continue to grow in the coming years.”
