Key numbers from Sunday's 21-point win over Essendon at Etihad Stadium.

1. Bailey Williams’ 26 disposals (at 92.3%) and 12 marks were both career highs.  He had seven rebound 50s and opening quarter goal was the first of his 20 game AFL career.

2. While Toby McLean had 25 disposals and seven marks, he also had 11 score involvements, including two goals, one of which sealed the game at the 23-minute mark of the final quarter.

3. The Dogs were in possession of the ball 60% of the game, and had 72 more uncontested marks than their opposition (152-80)

4. Marcus Bontempelli may have had a relatively lean night disposal-wise (he had 16), but he made every moment count. Nine of his possessions were contested, he had six shots on goal (kicking 3), had two goal assists and had five inside 50s.
