A trio of Dogs have polled AFL Coaches’ Association votes in Friday night’s two-point win over Geelong.

Josh Dunkley collected eight votes after finishing with 27 possessions, seven tackles and two goals.

Dogs midfielders Luke Dahlhaus (29 possessions and eight marks) and Toby McLean (25 possessions, five clearances, 11 tackles and one goal) were also amongst the votes, polling seven and three votes respectively.

Every round, the AFL coaches vote for the best players from their game. The coaches vote for five players, giving them a mark from 1-5.

The maximum a player can score is 10 (with five votes from both coaches).
