Western Bulldogs forward Tory Dickson will return from injury Saturday afternoon, named in Footscray’s line-up to take on Richmond at ME Bank Oval.

Dickson is yet to play a game this season after suffering a minor quad injury at training ahead of the opening round clash with Fremantle.

The 28-year-old Dickson had recovered from an adductor strain sustained in the Club’s first NAB Challenge match, and was set to return against the Dockers, before experiencing quad soreness following the team’s main training session.

Footscray opened the VFL season last weekend with a 49-point win over the Northern Blues, Footscray coach Ashely Hansen looking to go two-from-two to start the season with a side consisting of 16 AFL listed players.

Dickson will be joined up forward by big men Jack Redpath and Tom Campbell, and at the other end of the ground, Fletcher Roberts will lead a talented Bulldog backline looking to shut down a Tiger side looking for their first win of the season.
