Inside the numbers

In Round one against Dockers, the Bulldogs amassed a Club record 498 disposals, and followed up on the weekend against the Saints with another 482 at 79% efficiency -  now the second highest ever disposal tally. 

The 343 uncontested possessions was also the second highest number recorded in the Club’s history.

The Dogs also won the contested possession count 137-102,  recorded 58 inside 50s to St.Kilda’s 42 and all 13 goals were came via intercept possessions.


Stat of the day

Tom Liberatore continued his solid return to AFL ranks, picking up 26 touches at 88.5% efficiency with four marks and three goal assists in 100% of game time.
