A final quarter 11-goal rampage saw Footscray come away with a 45-point win against Geelong in their VFL practice match over the weekend.

Footscray welcomed back vice-captain Brent Prismall who was influential in his first game of 2015.

The Dogs amassed 22 goals which included a six-goal second quarter and an 11-goal final quarter, finishing with 12 individual goal-kickers.

With the Dogs leading by 17 points at half time, Geelong applied more pressure in the third and got within three points by three quarter time, but accurate kicking from the Dogs in the final quarter saw them run home with the win.

AFL-listed ruckman Tom Campbell and Ayce Cordy staked their claim at a senior selection after sharing the ruck duties throughout the day and kicking five goals between them.

Draftee Bailey Dale put in an impressive performance, kicking five goals, combining with fellow draftee Toby McLean for seven goals between them.

Footscray will now play Richmond at Punt Rd Oval on Saturday 11 April in their final practice match.
