Brett Goodes will return for Footscray on Sunday, when they take on Geelong at Simonds Stadium.
Goodes hasn’t played since breaking his arm in round eight of the AFL season, and will be a welcome inclusion for the Bulldogs.
The Dogs will be looking for their third win in a row as they aim to cement their sport in the top four.
While the Cats currently sit 10th on the VFL ladder, they are only two games behind the fourth-placed Bulldogs and will be looking to stake their claim at a top eight finish.
Michael Talia and Lachie Hunter return to the Footscray side from senior duties, as two of 14 AFL-listed players in the VFL line up.
The match will be broadcast live on Channel 7 from 11:30am.
