Luke Goetz has been unsuccessful in his bid to overturn a misconduct charge at the AFL Tribunal on Tuesday night.
18-year old Goetz received the misconduct charge from the AFL Match Review Panel for pushing Melbourne defender Colin Garland over the fence during the fourth quarter of Sunday's NAB Challenge game in Craigieburn.
The rookie ruckman has subsequently been fined $1500 as a result of the verdict.
Goetz remains available for this weekend’s NAB Challenge clash with Collingwood on Saturday at Etihad Stadium.
