The Western Bulldogs will open their inaugural AFLW season with four home games under lights at Victoria University Whitten Oval.

The Bulldogs host Fremantle in a Saturday night clash on 4 February for round one, in prime time on Channel Seven.

The following three weeks include matches against Adelaide, Melbourne and Collingwood, with a Friday night match a fixture highlight against the Crows.

The Bulldogs will round out the seven-game season against Carlton, Brisbane and the GIANTS, with the two latter matches played interstate.

Director of Football Chris Grant said the Club was pleased with the fixture outcome.

“We are really pleased our players will get the opportunity to open their season with four matches at VU Whitten Oval.

“We think it will give them the best possible chance to start their season well, and think it gives our fans and members a great opportunity to support our women’s team.”

The Bulldogs will feature in four matches on Channel Seven and three on FOX, with all AFLW matches broadcast live on television.
