AFL 2015 NAB Challenge - Western Bulldogs v Richmond

With large crowds expected, and limited capacity, find out how you can guarantee your seat at VU Whitten Oval on Saturday.

Victoria University Whitten Oval will host an AFL/AFLW double-header between the Western Bulldogs and Melbourne this Saturday, with strong demand expected from members and fans wishing to attend both matches.

The 2017 JLT Community Series will kick-off proceedings, as the reigning premiers have their first competitive outing of the new football year against Melbourne, with the first bounce at 4:40pm. 

The NAB AFLW fixture between the two clubs will then follow, commencing at 7:40pm. 

Due to the VU Whitten Oval’s limited capacity, and considering the anticipated demand for both match, the following ticketing and access recommendations have been compiled for members and fans.


JLT Community Series - Western Bulldogs v Melbourne (4:40pm)

The Club strongly advise that all members guarantee their entry by using their membership card to upgrade to a grandstand seat or register for a general admission ticket.

Member upgrades and registrations are subject to availability on a first come, first serve basis and subject to an additional fee. 

Transaction fees may also apply. Members can upgrade via Ticketmaster by entering their membership barcode.

2017 Western Bulldogs AFL access members have the benefit of accessing the JLT Community Series matches as part of their membership, however this is only subject to capacity that they can scan their membership card at the gate to gain entry.

Fans and members of the general public can purchase a ticket for this match via Ticketmaster.


NAB AFLW - Western Bulldogs v Melbourne (7:40pm)

Subject to capacity, fans and members have free entry to Victoria University Whitten Oval to watch the Western Bulldogs v Melbourne NAB AFLW match.  This period of free entry will be granted from after three quarter time subject to capacity of the Western Bulldogs v Melbourne JLT Community Series match.

Victoria University Whitten Oval has a limited capacity of 10,000 and considering anticipated demand for both matches, the Club strongly recommends that all fans guarantee their entry by purchasing a general admission ticket via Ticketmaster to the JLT Community Series.
