Marcus Bontempelli and Easton Wood are among five players from last year’s winning Grand Final side to be added to this week’s JLT Community Series squad to play Brisbane at Etihad Stadium on Thursday night.
Bontempelli and Wood's premiership teammates, Matthew Boyd, Dale Morris and Liam Picken, have also been included in the 29-man squad.
Eight other players who missed the opening JLT Community Series match have been named.
Matt Suckling, Kieran Collins, Bailey Williams and Roarke Smith have all been included, while 2016 draftees Tim English, Patrick Lipinski, Lewis Young and rookie Nathan Mullenger-McHugh could get their first taste of senior football against the Lions.
