Medical Room: Latest on Roughead, Prudden and Redpath Thanks to Melrose Health, find out the latest Bulldogs injury news on Jordan Roughead, Josh Prudden and Jack Redpath

There's good news out of the Western Bulldogs medical rooms this week, with all players from Friday's AFL match against Sydney and Saturday's VFL practice match against Essendon emerging with a clean bill of health.

Medical Services Manager Chris Bell said players from both matches came out of the match unscathed, with rookie Josh Prudden - playing his first match since sustaining a knee injury in the VFL in round two last year - making it through Saturday's match without a hitch.

"It was great to have Josh back on the weekend, and he completed his controlled game time without any concerns."

Another player recovering from an ACL reconstruction, Jack Redpath, is also progressing well, said Bell.

"Jack's in his final stages of rehabilitation following his ACL reconstruction. He is back into modified training with the group and will be processing towards availability over the next six weeks."

Jordan Roughead's rehabilitation from his injury is tracking as expected, with Bell saying the ruckman will be stepping up his running and training over the coming weeks.

"He's progressing as expected, and we'll be processing his running speeds and training over the next four to five weeks."

With an increasingly fit and healthy list, the Bulldogs will travel to Domain Stadium later this week for Saturday night's match against Fremantle.
