Western Bulldogs senior coach Luke Beveridge will receive an AFL Life Membership.

Beveridge will be involved in his 300th AFL match as a player or coach in Sunday’s elimination final against Essendon.

The 2016 premiership coach been at the helm at the Kennel for the past seven seasons.

He has led the team in 156 premiership season games – with an 89-67 win-loss record – and nine pre-season games.

Prior to that, Beveridge featured in 118 premiership season games – 42 for Melbourne between 1989-1992, 31 for Footscray between 1993-1995 and 41 for St Kilda between 1996-1999 – plus 16 pre-season games.
