Digital Content Coordinator | Applications close at 5pm Friday, June 3

Reporting to the Digital Content Producer, the Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for the management of the Club’s women’s football social media channels, assisting with content production for the Club’s main social media channels, and the creation of content for the Club’s digital platforms, including

The role will concentrate on social media support to boost the Club’s membership, marketing, fan engagement and commercial endeavours.

It will also have a focus on content production for emerging social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels and Twitter Spaces.

Marketing Coordinator | Applications close at 5pm Wednesday, 15 June.

Reporting to the Marketing & Fan Engagement Manager, the role will support consumer facing campaigns and initiatives for crowd build (AFL & AFLW), fan growth and engagement, membership retention & acquisition, merchandise, events, and other strategic priorities.

We are seeking candidates with ideally 1 years’ experience working in marketing in a consumer facing organisation, with a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field. Creativity, adaptability, problem-solving and resilience will be critical to success in this role to navigate the high-paced, dynamic landscape of the professional sports industry.

Work Placements

Unfortunately, the Western Bulldogs are unable to provide work experience to secondary school students.

The Western Bulldogs have a unique and innovative partnership with Victoria University. Through this relationship, the Western Bulldogs provide Work Integrated Learning Cadetships to tertiary students who are typically in their final year of study at Victoria University.

These placements are based on and include the following:
• Workload of the department.
• The availability of a staff member to supervise the student - the availability of workspace.
• Part of the students course requirement; and
• Being of specific relevance to the students’ area of study.

These opportunities are offered only to Victoria University Students and are advertised directly through the Work Integrated Learning Centre of each faculty and Victoria University.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any further placement or work experience opportunities to students from other tertiary institutions.
