Digital Marketing & Partnerships Manager | Applications open until 5pm Sunday 20 September

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Partnerships Manager to join the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation (WBCF).

The WBCF is a separate entity that works hand-in- hand with the Club and utilises the Bulldogs brand as a platform to engage a wide range of participants and positively influence their lives. The Foundation is registered as a Public Benevolent Institution with DGR status and has its own Board. 

The role of Digital Marketing & Partnerships Manager is responsible for building a strong profile for the WBCF and expanding the reach and engagement across WBCF digital platforms with the community in Victoria’s West.

Marketing & Fan Engagement Manager | Applications open until 5pm Friday 2 October 2020

The role of Marketing & Fan Engagement Manager is responsible for delivering strong tactical and brand marketing campaigns to engage and inspire Bulldogs supporters at all stages of the fan journey.

The role will develop innovative consumer facing campaigns and fan engagement initiatives that support key strategic priorities. The successful candidate will ideally have a tertiary qualification in Marketing as well as 5+ years marketing experience including 2+ years in a managerial role. Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and leveraging both paid media and owned channels as well as experience in digital marketing is highly favourable.

Senior Video Producer | Applications open until 5pm Friday 2 October 2020

The role of the Senior Video Producer will be responsible for responsible for the development and production of compelling and distinctive video content to engage and inspire our Bulldogs community. The role will drive video content for both AFL & AFLW programs, and will support whole of Club campaign initiatives including membership acquisition & retention, crowd build, community and fan engagement and, integrated brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Video, Communications, Digital Marketing (or related field) and advanced video editing and video camera operation skills.

Work Placements

Unfortunately, the Western Bulldogs are unable to provide work experience to secondary school students.

The Western Bulldogs have a unique and innovative partnership with Victoria University. Through this relationship, the Western Bulldogs provide Work Integrated Learning Cadetships to tertiary students who are typically in their final year of study at Victoria University.

These placements are based on and include the following:
• Workload of the department.
• The availability of a staff member to supervise the student - the availability of workspace.
• Part of the students course requirement; and
• Being of specific relevance to the students’ area of study.

These opportunities are offered only to Victoria University Students and are advertised directly through the Work Integrated Learning Centre of each faculty and Victoria University.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any further placement or work experience opportunities to students from other tertiary institutions.
