Western Bulldogs key forward Bonnie Toogood has been nominated for the 2022 Toyota Mark of the Year award.
It was the 24-year-old’s courageous pack mark – inside defensive 50 - early in the first quarter of Saturday night’s match against Melbourne which was nominated.
While the Dees were hoping the ball would land in the hands of Tayla Harris, it was Toogood who came away with the footy.
Voting opens 3:00pm AEST each round the day after the last game and will close the day before commencement of the next round (exact days of the week may change depending on the fixture).
Fans can watch the nominees each round, vote for their favourite mark and register to go into the running to win $5,000 cash thanks to Toyota.
The major prize winner will be announced at the end of the 2022 NAB AFLW Home & Away season.
At the end of the 2022 NAB AFLW Home & Away Season, the AFL will nominate three marks for public voting for the Toyota AFLW Mark of the Year.
