1. Promotion Overview

By purchasing a $66 Western Bulldogs membership between 12:00am AEST on 5 May 2025 and 11:59pm AEST on 11 May 2025, individuals will automatically be entered into the draw to win a Corporate Suite Experience for 12 people at the Western Bulldogs Round 23 match vs West Coast Eagles at Marvel Stadium (exact date and time TBC pending AFL fixture confirmation).

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to individuals who purchase a $66 membership within the promotional period.
  • Existing members upgrading or new members joining at this tier qualify.
  • Only one entry per eligible membership purchase.

3. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive exclusive access to a 12-person corporate suite at Marvel Stadium for Round 23, 2025.
  • The suite does not include catering; however, the winner will have the option to upgrade the experience with available food and beverage packages.
  • A slab of Pirate Life beer will be provided in the suite as part of the promotional prize.
  • The suite is non-transferable to any other game, date, or venue due to limited availability.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be randomly drawn and contacted via phone by either a representative from Nova 100 or the Western Bulldogs.
  • If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of initial contact, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected at random.
  • The draw will take place after the competition closes on 11 May 2025.

5. Additional Conditions

  • The corporate suite prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be resold or exchanged.
  • Entrants acknowledge that the exact date and time of the Round 23 match are subject to confirmation by the AFL.
  • The Western Bulldogs and Nova 100 reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or breaching these Terms and Conditions.
  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part thereof) with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
