The captain did his best to lift his side, registering 37 disposals, eight clearances, 12 tackles and 778 metres gained.
Ed Richards was the only other Bulldog to poll, earning two votes for his 29-disposal, seven-clearance and two-goal performance.
The 26-year-old sits seventh overall with 63 votes.
Gold Coast captain Noah Anderson has extended his lead at the top with 75 total votes.
