The Western Bulldogs have eclipsed their membership record for a fourth consecutive season, exceeding 63,000 members for the first time in red, white and blue history.

This historic achievement has been built on the foundations of the Club’s existing fanbase, with a breed of new members also signing up in 2025 to propel the Bulldogs past the membership milestone.

From a crowd perspective, the Bulldogs faithful continue to show up at our home games, with our Club contributing to the highest overall attendees coming through the gates at Marvel Stadium so far in 2025. This places the Bulldogs on track to break our all-time attendance record during our final games.

A record-breaking Round 2 fixture against Collingwood was the highlight, with 78,027 fans making their way to the MCG to collectively celebrate our 100-year anniversary, smashing the Club’s previous home-and-away crowd record of 68,447.

The Bulldogs’ support base continues to span every corner of Australia, reflecting the Club’s growing national footprint.

Victoria remains the Bulldogs’ heartland with a passionate concentration in Melbourne’s west, where 47% of our members reside. The growth in the western corridor illustrates the Club’s enduring connection to its community and rising influence in the region.

Our members are not only widespread but have been unwaveringly loyal, with 31% having held continuous memberships for over a decade.

Bulldogs CEO Ameet Bains praised the Club’s members for their commitment and continued support.

“To reach over 63,000 members in our VFL/AFL centenary year is an incredibly special milestone for everyone involved in our football club,” Bains said.

“It’s another achievement reached with our dedicated and passionate Bulldogs army, with their loyalty fuelling our Club on and off the field.”

“Our members remain the lifeblood of our Club and we’re continually amazed and grateful for their unwavering support and belief in all things red, white and blue.
