Bulldogs trio Marcus Bontempelli, Ed Richards and Bailey Dale have been rewarded for outstanding individual seasons by being selected in the 2025 All-Australian team.
All three were presented with a blazer during the AFL Awards on Thursday night.
The skipper has become just the 11th player in AFL history to collect a seventh All-Australian jacket, joining the likes of Wayne Carey, Stephen Silvagni and Nathan Buckley.
Bontempelli played 18 times this season, averaging 27 touches and nine score involvements per game.
The 29-year-old kicked 21 goals and reached his 250-game milestone in Round 16.
Bontempelli has been part of the All-Australian team in 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024 as captain and now 2025.
Defender Bailey Dale’s excellent season has secured a second team jacket for the 29-year-old after his 2021 selection. Dale was also a member of the All-Australian squad last year.
Dale averaged 27 disposals at 81% efficiency per game, regularly using his kicking ability to propel the side from the back half.
It caps an exciting few weeks for Dale after he signed a new two-year deal that extended his time at the Kennel until the end of 2029.
Ed Richards was the third Bulldog to be selected in the All-Australian side, earning his first jacket after a career-best season in the midfield, averaging 26 touches and almost a goal per game.
The 26-year-old had never previously been in the All-Australian squad, however a move to the midfield midway through last season has propelled the onballer to new heights in 2025.
Richards has formed a powerful midfield unit with likes of Bontempelli, Tom Liberatore, Tim English and Matt Kennedy.
Liberatore and Sam Darcy were also named in the All-Australian squad for 2025.
