Footscray has named 26 players for tomorrow afternoon’s practice match against Box Hill. 

Up to 11 AFL-listed players have been included in the line-up, including Lachy Carmichael, Josh Dolan and Laith Vandermeer who will get their first tastes of competitive footy for 2026. 

Premiership Bulldogs Dan Orgill, Cooper Craig-Peters and Will Lewis have also been named, among new faces James Gray, George Delimitrou and Nathan Howard.

The VFL practice match will start at 3:40pm AEDT at Mission Whitten Oval tomorrow, Friday 27 February. 

The Western Bulldogs will later host Hawthorn in the 2026 AAMI Community Series, starting from 7:10pm AEDT.
