The Western Bulldogs have announced a squad of 26 players for Easter Sunday’s clash with Essendon at Marvel Stadium.
Louis Emmett, Josh Dolan, Will Lewis, Lachie McNeil and Arty Jones have been added to an extended interchange bench, alongside Lachy Bramble, Michael Sellwood and Sam Davidson.
Tom Liberatore (injured) and Cooper Hynes (omitted) are confirmed outs at this stage.
The squad will be trimmed to a team of 23 on Friday at 5pm AEDT.
The Dogs and Dons will also contest the EJ Whitten Cup on Sunday night, which will be presented to the winning captain in the rooms post-match.
The Bulldogs enter the match with a 3-0 record so far this season following a bye in Round 3.
The match will be broadcast live on Channel 7 / 7plus and Fox Footy / Kayo from 7:20pm AEST.
Footscray and Essendon VFL will go head-to-head at the same venue from 3:20pm AEST.
Please note: patrons MUST have a valid ticket to the AFL match to gain access to the VFL match. Gate 5 will be open from 3:10pm AEST.
