Four changes have been made by the Western Bulldogs for Saturday afternoon’s important clash with North Melbourne at Marvel Stadium.

Ruckman Tim English returns after missing the past two matches through injury, while Bailey Williams has been included for his third AFL match of the season.

Williams has been included on the back of strong VFL form, as have Bailey Dale and Pat Lipinski, who will play their first AFL matches for 2019.

Dale is making his first AFL appearance in 12 months – with injury keeping the 22-year-old out of action after round 10 last season.

Fletcher Roberts, Billy Gowers, Will Hayes and Lachie Young have all been omitted.

Gowers and Young have been named as emergencies, alongside Lewis Young and the yet-to-debut Rhylee West.

Contests between the Bulldogs and Kangaroos have been hard-fought in recent years.

The past four clashes have been decided by seven points or less, with the Bulldogs winning four of their past five meetings.
