The Western Bulldogs have finalised their AFLW coaching panel ahead of the 2026 NAB AFLW Season. 

Tam Hyett will enter her third season as senior coach, while Callum Brown and Andrew Killingsworth will continue as backline coach and forwards coach respectively. 

Peter Mercoulia has assumed the role of midfield coach, having spent the last two seasons as specialist/strategy coach.

Mercoulia was previously an assistant AFLW coach at Melbourne and Casey’s VFLW senior coach. 

Liam Cavanagh commenced as the Head of Development earlier this year, which also includes the VFLW head coaching role.

AFL assistant coach Brendon Lade will again support the program as Director of Coaching.
