It was another successful trip to the Sunshine Coast for the Western Bulldogs, after completing an intensive 10 day training camp.

The side's trip to sunny Queensland had it all - gruelling training sessions in the heat, afternoons in the gym and team bonding activities in between.

There was very little time to settle in, as the players hit Maroochydore Multisports Complex on day one for a light session.

However... the intensity went up another gear on Day 2, as the players sweated it out in a tough and humid session on the training track.

It wasn't just the training track where the players were putting in work, with the boys also hitting the gym for some heavy lifting.

Work hard, play hard. While the boys were getting business done on the field and in the gym, there was also opportunities to bond off the training track - through go karts and a tree-top challenge.
