Western Bulldogs AFLW player will be free to play against Carlton at Ikon Park this Saturday after being cleared of a rough conduct charge against Collingwood's Jess Cameron on Saturday night.

Based on the available video evidence and a medical report from the Collingwood Football Club, the incident was assessed as careless conduct with low impact to the head. The incident was classified as a reprimand.

Kearney has no applicable record which impacts the penalty. An early plea will enable her to accept a reprimand, leaving her free to take on the Blues in Saturday’s round five game.

Kearney has been a standout player for the Bulldogs so far this season, leading the league in clearances as well as being ranked in the top five for disposals in the competition.
