Young people in Braybrook are set for plenty of fun and games in 2022, with the return of the Braybrook Community Hub After School Program, run by the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation in conjunction with the City of Maribyrnong.
Run each Wednesday of the school term, the free program is a fun and inclusive opportunity for young people aged 12 to 16 to try out new activities and meet new people.
To kick off the year, and to celebrate the final day of school holidays, the Hub will come alive for a bumper all-day session this Friday January 28 from 11am to 3pm. Games, live music, a BBQ, prizes and Western Bulldogs giveaways are just some of the fun things on offer. No sign up is required, and COVID-safe practices will be in place.
The after-school program commences on February 2 from 4pm to 6pm, with activities ranging from learning how to cook, playing a variety of sports and even making music and art.
The Braybrook Community Hub is located at 107/139 Churchill Ave, Braybrook VIC 3019 and can be accessed via the 408 or 410 bus routes.
