An even team performance has seen the Western Bulldogs sweep the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year votes for Round 3.

Tim English furthered his credentials, receiving a perfect ten from the coaches, after his standout performance against the Swans collecting 24 disposals, 28 hit outs and eight clearances.

English was instrumental in winning the midfield battle, propelling the ball forward regularly while providing a steady influence defensively when the game was on the line.

Bailey Smith tallied seven votes, returning from a hip injury with a dominant display in the midfield.

Smith gathered 31 possessions and had five marks in a positive outing.

Josh Dunkley continued his terrific form with six votes, while Adam Treloar, Ryan Gardener, Cody Weightman and Bailey Dale earned votes across the board.
