The Western Bulldogs Community Foundation warmly invite you to join us for a morning tea and panel discussion, featuring key experts, local community members and Western Bulldogs Football Club Premiership star and mental health advocate Tom Boyd on Friday 14 October.  

The theme of the panel will be Resilience and the Importance of Community Connection. In the spirit of showcasing our signature health and wellbeing programs, we will also be hosting a fun, free (and optional) light exercise session after the panel discussion, led by a personal trainer.  

The event will follow the following format: 

10am - Arrival and morning tea 

10.30am- 11.45am - Panel discussion featuring health and wellbeing experts, previous Daughters and Sons of the West participants and former Western Bulldogs AFL Premiership player and mental health advocate, Tom Boyd. 

12pm- 12.45pm - Exercise class (under supervision from a personal trainer). Previous program participants - we'd love to see you in your program tee shirts again!
