The Western Bulldogs Community Foundation warmly invite you to join us for a morning tea and panel discussion, featuring key experts, local community members and Western Bulldogs Football Club Premiership star and mental health advocate Tom Boyd on Friday 14 October. Â
The theme of the panel will be Resilience and the Importance of Community Connection. In the spirit of showcasing our signature health and wellbeing programs, we will also be hosting a fun, free (and optional) light exercise session after the panel discussion, led by a personal trainer. Â
The event will follow the following format:Â
10am - Arrival and morning teaÂ
10.30am- 11.45am - Panel discussion featuring health and wellbeing experts, previous Daughters and Sons of the West participants and former Western Bulldogs AFL Premiership player and mental health advocate, Tom Boyd.Â
12pm- 12.45pm - Exercise class (under supervision from a personal trainer). Previous program participants - we'd love to see you in your program tee shirts again!Â
