Promoter: Footscray Football Club Limited (ABN 68 005 226 595) of 417 Barkly Street, Footscray, Victoria, 3011, trading as Western Bulldogs (“Western Bulldogs”). 

Type of Promotion: Game of Chance 

Promotional Period: Opens 10 April 2024 at 3:00PM AEST, Closes 13 April 2024 at 11:00AM AEST 

Entrants: To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must: 

  1. be Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the date the Promotion opens; and 
  2. register and verify a free CoinSpot account at https://www.coinspot.com.au/register, during the Promotional Period;  
  3. or alternately entrants must have an existing CoinSpot account in their name, at the time of entry. 

    Employees of the Promoter, the Prize Provider, their contractors, agents of supplier(s) and sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate families means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) and grandparents. 

Entry Procedure: To enter this Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

*Details required include: full name, mobile number, email address and postcode. The Promoter will conduct a Draw to determine five  (5) Winners from all valid entrants. The Prize Provider will manage the Prize fulfillment with the Winners to the Winners’ CoinSpot account. 

Maximum Entries: Eligible Entrants may enter once only. 

Number of Winner(s): There will be five (5) winners determined by a Draw. 

Selection of Winner(s): Five (5) eligible entrants will be randomly selected from an electronic draw (the Draw) at 9:00AM AEST on 15 April 2024.  The Draw will be conducted at the offices of the Promoter. 

Notification of Winner(s): The winners will be notified by telephone on 15 April 2024(after the Draw is conducted).  The Winner’s name and State/Territory of residence, and the Prize details, will be published on the Western Bulldogs’ website for at least 28 days from the Draw date. 

Prize Claim Date: The winner must accept their Prize by 10:00AEST on 19 April 2024 after notification of the draw. 

Prize: There will be five (5) equal Prizes: $500 AUD transferred directly into each winners’ CoinSpot Account. The Prize Provider will be solely responsible for the prize fulfillment to the Winners, and the Winners may nominate their CoinSpot Account for the transfer of the prize to be deposited within 21 days of the Draw. 

Prize Provider: The Prize Provider is Casey Block Chain Services Trading as CoinSpot (“CoinSpot”), (ABN 19619574186) of Suite 4, 5/40 Green Street, Windsor, VIC. The Prize Provider is responsible for all prize fulfilment of this Promotion. 

Total Prize Pool: The maximum total prize pool is valued at $2,500.00 

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements:  If there are any unclaimed Prizes or if a winner cannot be contacted (i.e. attempts to contact the winner are unsuccessful) or the Winner does not claim the Prize within the timeframe stipulated in these Conditions of Entry (by 10:00AM AEST on 19 April 2024), the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and the Promoter may undertake a re-draw on the same day after the Prize Claim Date & time has ended (10:00AM AEST  on 19 April 2024). In such case, the first valid Entry drawn from the remainder of the Entries in the re-draw will be entitled to the Prize (Replacement Winner). The Replacement Winner is then the winner of the Prize for the purposes of these Conditions of Entry and will be notified by way of the notification method set out above.  

Permit Number: Not applicable.
