BUMP to open at Mission Whitten Oval
Mission Whitten Oval will be home to the newest BUMP studio.
Mission Whitten Oval will be home to the newest BUMP studio, a premium fitness and wellbeing club designed specifically for women.
The dedicated women’s fitness space will open on Level 1 of the Women’s Health and Leadership Hub (WHLH) from March 2026, offering reformer Pilates, strength training, HIIT and barre with expert coaching and recovery facilities.
Studio instructors are trained in pre/post-natal and peri-menopausal health, ensuring specialised support for women during key life transitions, while BUMP Whitten Oval will also have an onsite age-segmented creche (six weeks to six years) to help mothers.
From early fitness journeys to pregnancy, post-natal recovery, peri-menopause and beyond, BUMP creates an inclusive environment where women feel supported to build strength, confidence and long-term wellbeing.
Located within the WHLH, the emerging home of women’s health, leadership, community learning and precinct innovation in Melbourne’s west, this new studio will further expand the WHLH’s vision of improving health, participation and leadership outcomes for women and girls.
To celebrate its imminent opening, BUMP Whitten Oval is offering Bulldogs fans a special discounted Fan Fest Foundation Membership, limited to the first 100 people.
For just $59 per week, you can access unlimited classes, bonus recovery sessions, and pre-launch tours, as well as merchandise and member recognition. There is also the option to lock in long-term pricing.
Those who sign up will also go in the draw to win a 2026 Western Bulldogs AFL team-signed guernsey and a family pass to an AFL home game.
