The Western Bulldogs return from the bye to face Carlton at Marvel Stadium on Saturday night.

It looms as a must-win clash for the Bulldogs.

A win, and the Bulldogs move to 5-7 and close the gap on the top eight, while a loss sees them slip to 4-8 and sitting in the bottom four.

The Bulldogs and Blues have already met once in 2019 – a 44-point win for the Blues at Marvel Stadium in round five.

On Saturday afternoon, Footscray will meet the Blues’ VFL affiliate at Ikon Park – with the match to be live streamed via the VFL website.
